This program is presented online as 2 x 90 minute sessions and provides a 'tool kit' for new parents including optimising sleep for the whole family, crying and settling strategies, and breastfeeding/bottle feeding education to give families the best possible beginning. For families having their second baby, this is an opportunity to discuss any problems experienced in the past and strategies to help prevent similar issues. The best time for this program is the third trimester.
